Our team of experienced counselors will help you and your family through the listing, marketing and closing of your home. We will stay in constant contact with your mortgage company’s loss mitigation department. We will work closely with your mortgage company in establishing a fair market price, price reductions and negotiate lien payoffs and offers.

As the legal owner of the property you will still be required to sign all documents normally associated with a real estate sale, BUT the burden of obtaining the Lender’s approval to accept less than the amount owed will be in the hands of one of our experienced consultants and the loss mitigator at your Mortgage Company.

REMEMBER: Your role is very important, and imperative to the success of the sale of your property. Simply follow the directions we provide, complete your financial package truthfully and obtain Lender’s approval on your short sale.
